I want creativity to be joyful and natural for everyone. We are all creators in some capacity. Being creative is our natural birthright. For most of us, something gets in the way of us freely expressing ourselves creatively.

I wanted Y.O.U to have a tool for overcoming blocks that keep you from being creative.

I wanted this tool to be fun, easy, accessible, and practical for everyone.

About me...

Hello there. I'm Tricia Dietrich, Certified Intentional Creativity® Teacher and Coach, and Artist.

I used to be a medical professional with lots of initials. I got sick and started painting and a new world opened up for me.

The first time someone called me an artist a lot of creative blocks came up. "I'm not an artist, I just have lots of creative hobbies." Is what I thought to myself.

Showing and sharing my art was a great challenge. My art was very personal and I felt naked and scared of what others thought of me. Honestly, I still do work through these blocks.

In my Color of Woman training, we had to make a deck of "Affirmation Story Cards" using a similar method that I teach in the Creativity Affirmation cards course.

I made these cards and loved them. I carried them in my purse and they helped me identify myself as an artist.

Years have passed and I have multiple decks of beautifully decorated cards that have helped me transform old stories into potent affirmations for my soul. And I want this for you too!

That's perfectly ok. You will be given a click-and-buy art supply list. If the thought of going to a craft store or finding these supplies seems paralyzing, no problem. All you have to do is have Amazon Prime. All the supply links will take you right to the product on Amazon. Just click and buy and it will be delivered to your front door. That being said, odds are you already have some of these supplies lying around your home (markers, scissors, pen).

Honestly the fact that you have never done any art puts you at an advantage because you won't have to unlearn anything. This is different than most traditional art, and well-trained artists often struggle with surrendering to the process without knowing what the end product will look like. Jumping in with fresh eyes allows you to surprise yourself and there is joy in this. So take the jump and enjoy my friend!

Once you purchase the course you have lifetime access via your student portal. So keep your portal login information handy. Once you know how to make the journals and cards, you can make these methods your own (just don't teach them formally unless you are a certified Intentional Creativity® instructor).

You can also apply them to other parts of your life. Say, for instance, you want to make an affirmation deck devoted to healing your inner child, and make inner child affirmation cards, you can use these basic methods and apply them to healing your inner child.
